Our character home in the heart of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs was renovated only 12 months ago, ensuring every modern comfort is at your fingertips.
We have the perfect 'base' for your next holiday, whether you're travelling for work or pleasure.
Our home is located:
- minutes walk to shopping and restaurant precincts
- minutes walk to public transport to Sydney CBD (20 min bus) and Bondi Junction (10 min bus)
- 15 minute walk to Coogee Beach (5 min bus)
- across the road from the University of New South Wales
Randwick is the second oldest local government area in New South Wales and has a rich history reflected in the beautiful architecture of its buildings.
We are parents to a 4-year old boy, so our home is completely child-friendly, but we also enjoy having our own 'grown up' space too, so the house is also well suited to singles or couples.
The feature of our home is the open plan indoor/outdoor living, where you can make the most of the beautiful Aussie weather - cooking and dining outside. You can completely retract the back wall of our house (see photo).
We are also very proud of our beautiful new bathroom: filled with natural light, we have a wet-room style set up, ideal for relaxing long soaks in our deep bath with waterfall spout. Light a few candles, turn on the under cabinet lighting and you're in heaven.
We have three bedrooms: one with queen-sized bed, the second with double bed. The third room has a double pull out sofa bed. We comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
We have ducted air conditioning throughout, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Netflix, Foxtel, off-street parking, and can make plenty of toys and activities available for little ones if they are coming along (we can also pack them all out of sight if they aren't!)
No need to clean, we have a cleaner and can arrange regular cleans or one clean after you leave - whatever you prefer.
If you don't feel like cooking in our beautifully appointed kitchen, you are steps away from one of the Eastern Suburbs' most well known restaurant precincts: what we call "The Spot" - where you'll find your pick of cuisines from around the world. That's where you'll also find the historic Ritz Cinema - one of only two art deco heritage-listed cinemas remaining in Sydney.
Parks and playgrounds are a stones throw away. We regularly enjoy the Farmers Market at Randwick North Public School each Saturday (10 min walk), which has fresh local produce, artisan wares, pony rides and jumping castle.
We're more than happy to give you plenty of tips for an enjoyable stay that suits your style and wishes.
