Located in trendy Richmond at the edge of the Melbourne CBD and sports & entertainment precinct sits this charming two bedroom Victorian townhouse. A 5 min walk to Richmond train and tram station takes you straight into the city and the MCG is literally across the street.
Perfect for an awesome escape to Melbourne and its numerous events!
This charming Victorian townhouse in Richmond is located right next to Melbourne's Sports and Entertainment precinct: Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne Park, Rod Laver Arena, Hisense Arena, Olympic Park, (AFL, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer etc.) Royal Melbourne Tennis Club, Richmond Football Club).
Only 5min away from train and tram stops taking you right into the centre of Melbourne. Supermarket, grocery stores, bars, restaurants... are all within short walking distance of the house as well.
The house is located in a quiet street, on a single level and has a courtyard with sitting area and barbeque to enjoy the sunny days.
There are two guest bedrooms:
First bedroom with a Queen bed (sleeps 2).
Second bedroom that is a baby's room, that can be fitted with a queen size futon floor mattress OR a queen size sofa bed (sleeps 2).
*Note: sofa bed can also be set up in living room if preferred (though this will impact your ability to fully use the living area).
There is a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and fully functioning laundry (washing machine and dryer).
The kitchen is equipped with the usual amenities and has a small guest pantry (salt, pepper, oil...) so you can prepare your own meals.
The living room with mezzanine area has a super comfortable couch, a LED TV with Chromecast and some books to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
Please Note: For points swap, a cleaning fee of $100 is requested.

We are a couple (Charlena from Melbourne, and Johan from Belgium) who have a real passion for travelling and welcoming others into our home. We have a 8 month old son and keen to show him the world :)
Charlena and Johan are both corporate professionals, but love to snowboard, yoga & meditation and spend time at beautiful beaches in their down time.
We take pride in our home - everything within it sparks joy for us, and we take great pleasure in being able to share it with others.
The house is located next to the MCG and right in-between Bridge road and Swan street, two of the main streets of Richmond with plenty of grocery stores, bars, restaurants and cafes. There are a few coffee shops nearby as well some of Melbourne's legendary pubs.
A 10min walk gets you to a bigger supermarket.
