About our home

Attached to our house we have a self contained 51 sq mt studio apartment with private entrance, queen size bed in the studio with 1.8 mt privacy wall, second bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette and lounge tv area deck with BBQ, free parking on site .

  1. We are a married couple who enjoy traveling and meeting people from different cultures.
    We sometimes also travel with friends or family.

  2. Robert is retired from the building industry and Denise is a retired bank officer.

Where is it?


We live in a quiet & safe residential area with bushland / waterfront walks & children’s playground close by.
Lindisfarne village is a few minutes by car with supermarket, bakery, butcher, deli, chemist.
Eastland shopping centre is also minutes away.
Public transport is buses with a stop just minutes away.
Our home is on the sunny eastern shore of the Derwent River 7 minutes by car or bus from the Hobart CBD , historic Battery point, Salamanca, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, Maritime Museum, MONA ferry terminal and everything Hobart has to offer.
The world famous Museum of Old and New Art ( MONA) is a 20 minute drive by car .
Easy access to highway A3/A9 for day trips on wine route to historic old Richmond town, historic penal colony Port Arthur, Tasman Island Cruises, Bruny Island ferry terminal, the Great Eastern Drive and the Three Capes Walk.
Salamanca market on the Hobart waterfront every Saturday (8.30-3.00).
