About our home

This well maintained 80s Unit is very comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for a couple and enough for a small family. It has heating and air conditioning inside and also a has a paved courtyard full of flourishing plants and a small fireplace for nights sitting outside in the peninsula breeze.
The property has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay with a large dining room table, long L shaped sofa, large flat screen TV and sunroom to name a few.
The unit is located within a 15 minute walk to the local shops and beach.
This location is a major tourist destination for campers from all over Vistoria throughout December and January. There are opportunities aplenty for surfing, bike riding, bush walks, shopping, cafes restaurants etc. the best of both beaches are close by with the rugged surf beach on one side and the calm and very beautiful bay on the other.

Melbourne is only a one hour drive north of this property for day trips to the city.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Buzzy restaurants
a vast range of choices for tastes of any inclination. You won't find many five star restaurants here but there are some gorgeous spots to eat. You won't get better Aussie fish and chips than on the Mornington Peninsula where this unit is located.
Cool bars
The local bars are generally smaller and funky along the beach here.
Cozy cafés
Lots and lots! Very cute
Retail therapy
Beach side shops are within walking distance and a large shopping centre only a few kilometres down the road.
Walks in the park
Lots of parks and a beautiful foreshore to hire a bike from a nearby shop and ride along to Rye, Sorrento or Portsea. All buzzing tourist areas.
Day tripping
Melbourne is only a 1 hour drive away and a bus and train can get you there if you're without wheels.
