About our home

The House
Our large well appointed contemporary home offers everything for a family holiday. Casual indoor and outdoor living areas, three separate lounge/family rooms, baby grand piano, billiards table, large heated outdoor swimming pool are all to be enjoyed.
Please note that the house has four levels so stairs need to be negotiated.

Lower Ground: Secure parking for 3/4 cars.
Ground: Lounge, library, kitchen, dining, TV room, powder room, Bedroom 1 with Queen bed and en suite.
First: Master bedroom with king bed and en suite, Bedroom with balcony and queen bed, Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with shower and tub.
Second: Open plan area with two single beds, pool table, television-great kids' retreat.

The leafy North Shore suburb of Roseville is only a 22 minute train ride away from the Sydney CBD. Our home sits in a private, leafy setting. We are just a 5 minute walk from the train station, local shops, restaurants and movie theatre.

Clanville Road is home to an oval, tennis courts, children's' playground and dog. Stylish al fresco dining is available on site at the French restaurant Sous Le Soleil.
Spot of exercise
We have a heated swimming pool. Our suburb is a safe area to jog around.
Day tripping
Sydney's beautiful beaches are nearby. Blue mountains or even Canberra are all feasible overnight stays.
