About our home

The home is in Rye (, a Victorian suburb just outside of Melbourne and around the Mornington Peninsular.

The house is child friendly, privately set amongst the trees, secluded, bathed in light and ridiculously relaxing.
A short 5 minute drive to both the Surf Beach and also to the bay beaches.

The home is split level on the side of a hill, with the main house upstairs there are full amenities including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry and huge deck. The master bedroom that opens onto the deck and gymnasium has a king bed & ensuite, as well as an additional single bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed as well as another single bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with two double bunks in it - sleeping a total of four.

The downstairs accomodation has access from both the back deck and from the driveway has a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite it also has its own deck and direct access to the garden - perfect for additional privacy, or somewhere to hide the in-laws.

A total of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two decks and a hidden 80s semi-enclosed Gym!
The central bathroom is equipped with both a bath and seperate shower.
The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer along with iron & board.
Lets talk about the gym. Its more that someone putt a roof over an additional deck on the side of the house and installed some ultra 80's gym equipment like a climbing ladder & swing. the kids love it.

Oh & we've had a sensational garden designed and built for kids to play and explore in. With lots of climbing and hopping surfaces as well as rocks to sit or climb over on the way to the huge in-ground trampoline at the back of the garden. With steps leading down the side of the garden, we've also made a section of the fence easier to climb over so the bigger kids can explore the parklands next-door.

The indoor reclaimed wooden-dining table is a massive 3m long and the matching outdoor table on the upstairs deck is also great for entertaining with its built-in barbecue, bar area you will have seating for a total of 20 people with some additional deck lounges outside and three couches inside.

Being far enough from the bright lights of the city, through the telescope you'll be able to see clear views of the craters on the moon as well as a few sneaky planets!

The house also comes with high speed NBN internet, a central fireplace in the lounge, TVs in both the lounge and downstairs apartment, central hydronic heating for winter and split systems in the lounge and master-bedroom for summer.

If you fancy yourself a chef, there is a double oven, 5-burner cook-top along with the microwave and dishwasher.

We hope you'll love our home as much as we do.
