Our home in Salter Point is modern, comfortable and perfect for an outdoor lifestyle.
It is spacious with 2 living areas, modern kitchen facilities, computer, 2 large flat screen TV's,with foxtel & netflix, airconditioning and heating, wifi, outdoor BBQ and dining area, washing machine & dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room a single bed and they share a bathroom with a shower and bath.
The beautiful Swan River is at the end of our street with it's amazing walking paths, five surrounding parks, tennis club and bowling club, golf course and children play area's. There is also an area that has public BBQ's by the river.
A strip shopping centre is close by with a supermarket, bottle shop, post office, restaurant & cafe, hairdresser and clothing shop. Just down the road, 5 minutes drive away but close enough to walk is a shopping centre with 13 restaurants, 13 takeaways and 3 cafes. There are 4 bars and numerous restaurants around the area a few minutes drive away. So we are spoilt for choice.
We have 2 bikes available to ride around our scenic bike paths.
There is a local organic market every Saturday morning just down the road.
Public transport is close by or we have a car to swap.
The South Perth foreshore is also minutes away for picnic's and play with a ferry going into the city every 10 minutes.
There are white sand beach's that stretch for miles just 20 minutes drive away.
We are 35 minute drive to the Swan Valley Wine area and a 3 hour drive from our famous Margaret River wine region.
Perth averages 8 hours sunshine a day. We have hot dry summers and a very mild Spring and Autumn. Temperatures this autumn have been between 21 to 29 degrees celsius. When it rains in Perth it only rains for a short time then the sun comes out so even in winter it is fairly unusual to have grey days.
