With stunning view across the Derwent river and only 10 minutes to the CBD our home in Sandy Bay has it all. Take a 10 minute walk to Long Beach, where you can swim, eat at the restaurants and cafes, or grab the bus into CBD from the bus stop just out the front. But if you prefer, just sit out on the deck and watch the boats sail by.
