Our family home is a very comfortable, open plan beach side home situated in a subtropical paradise. Our beach home with its in ground pool, is designed and decorated to reflect comfort and style. With its timber floors, large windows and decks and its NE aspect it is comfortable all year round. At the centre of the house is a new kitchen with stone bench tops, a large stainless steel stove and modern appliances. French doors lead onto a large, covered, outdoor room. This is fully set up for alfresco dining, bbqing and relaxing. You can also relax by the pool and wine and dine on this paved lower level in the beautiful garden area. A games room leads off the pool area. This four bedroom home contains two newly renovated bathrooms, and a separate toilet. The yard is fenced and the home is child friendly.
Coffs Harbour is about 7 minutes drive from beautiful Sapphire Beach and it has many tourist attractions. Whale watching cruises are popular with visitors and locals, leaving the harbour seven days a week from May until November. Fishing on the beaches, from the jetty or deep sea fishing out on one of the local charter boats are all popular activities. Sailing, kayaking and other water sports are also available. We have world class scuba diving in the Solitary Islands Marine Park, which contains unique marine wildlife in abundance. Coffs Harbour has several golf courses including two international standard ones. There are more than 30 local breaks to surf, and just minutes from shopping, great restaurants and cafes, cinema, gyms, theatre and the jetty, marina and harbour. Coastal walks, bike rides through the hinterland rain forest and countryside, picnics and visits to the surrounding areas are all great options.
West of Coffs Harbour is the hinterland towns of Bellingen and Dorrigo, famous for their quaint village atmosphere, bush walking, mountain views and world renowned rain forests. Byron Bay is about 2 and 1/2 hours north.
Coffs Harbour has a very temperate climate, 16-23 in winter, and 27-32 in summer, with some locals swimming all through winter.

There are great walks around Sapphire Beach and several cafes nearby. The Jetty Strip in Coffs Harbour has many restaurants with a very buzzy alfresco atmosphere. Emerald Beach and Moonee Beach are great spots to picnic or eat out.
