About our home

This designer apartment block was opened last year, with great views over Brisbane. We share our 2-bedroom apartment with our two burmese cats, Gustaf and Freddie. We'd love to find house swappers who also have pets, as we love all animals big and small and would love to pet sit! We also love weekends away in the beautiful surrounds of Brisbane. If you live out of Brisbane and would like to swap for a weekend, please let us know!

The apartment has amazing aspect, with floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is a delight to cook in and you can also use the barbecues upstairs. The second (guest) bedroom has a single day bed that converts to a comfortable queen bed and has its own ensuite. There is a balcony, perfect for morning coffee! That is, if you can resist the coffee shop on the first level of our apartment building!

We are in the heart of South Brisbane/West End/South Bank and are walking distance to restaurants, bars, the west end markets, public transport and south bank, including the museum, convention centre and QPAC. You can have the best of inner city living whilst still being able to entertain friends - the apartment has an amazing roof top infinity pool, gym and large barbecue area.

We love to camp, mountain bike and hike as we work fairly long hours during the week. Brisbane is surrounded by some absolutely stunning national parks and beaches. Many are within 1 to 2 hours of the city. We're more than happy to help you figure out how to see our beautiful state. We'll even tell you some 'secret' spots!

Brisbane may be less well known overseas than Melbourne or Sydney but it is a well deserved visit. It's a rapidly evolving city with active night life and cultural events, whilst still having a friendly low-key vibe. We love it because it's so easy to get around, the weather is fabulous and it's a gateway to so many amazing places to visit. You can be in a rainforest in less than an hour!
