About our home

Our home is on three levels with the ground floor being a double garage with access via stairs to the main living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top floor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. There is a large landscaped courtyard at the rear of the property with a formal garden and water feature. There is a separate lounge area with a 80cm LCD digital TV and a spacious kitchen/dining area which leads to a small balcony.

  1. I am Bill and my wife is Sue. We are both retired and are in our early 60's. We like travelling and immersing ourselves in other cultures and have enjoyed over 20 exchanges. We enjoy outdoor activities especially hiking and camping and keeping ourselves active through cycling and walking.

The house is located 800 metres from the beautiful Swan River, 3km from the CBD and 500m from a small village style shopping centre. The area in which the house is situated is one of the prestige suburbs of Perth and is centrally located to get to all Perth’s attractions. The location is especially quite with only local traffic disturbing the peace.
