About our home

Part of the first apartment blocks designed and built in Melbourne in the 1920s, Coromandel has been refreshed with all the mod cons while retaining its art deco charm. Just a five-minute stroll and you're in hipster haven Chapel Street and its cafes, shops, clubs and inner-city cool. On the other side, St Kilda Beach boasts brunch, beaches, bands and chocolate babka (?!). Take in historic Luna Park, or a lazy lunch at the local legend Cicciolina's. Or hop on the trams and head 15 minutes into Melbourne City and the Southbank arts precinct. Loads of character, loads to do in the surrounds, and just enough of a sane distance from all the action to make this the ideal urban retreat for an inner-city connoiseur.
