About our home

Our home is a large, modern and comfortable home situated on a golf course in Peregian Springs on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We enjoy open planned living with a pool and 2 separate outdoor lounging or eating areas, and a tranquil view of the private golf course.

There are two separate TV areas, 3 large bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds and one of the children's room has a double bed.

Peregian Springs is a family friendly area with paths and cycle ways, playgrounds and picnic areas, as well as a shopping centre with restaurants and cafés.

We have direct access to the private golf course and our own golf buggy.

We are 5 minutes from either Coolum or Peregian Beach , and 15 minutes from the world renown Noosa Beach. It is approximately 1hr 30minutes to Brisbane airport and the city centre, and a short 15 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast airport. The Noosa River is only a 15 minute drive away, and is popular spot for fishing, sailing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.
