About our home

*Fully booked until Jan 6, 2019. Dates available for a points stay from Jan 7 for up to 3 weeks*

Our spacious home is a renovated Californian bungalow located in Roseville, a leafy suburb of character homes and big gardens, conveniently located near train line and easy access to all Sydney has to offer. 20 minute commute to city centre/downtown.

The hub of the home is the open plan kitchen and family area which leads out to the patio and large backyard bathed in northerly sun. A spring-free trampoline, cubby house, monkey bars, ping pong table and pool makes for a children's paradise! On a 1200sqm block - plenty of room to spread out.

Ground level - Master bedroom with queen size Tempur bed and new ensuite. A second bedroom has a king single bed and adjoining bathroom.

Upstairs - 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and double bed in the other and third bathroom.

The family room is equipped with 65-inch ultra HD TV, Apple TV, Foxtel cable TV, Nintendo Wii and an assortment of DVDs and games will keep young and old entertained! Our kitchen is fitted with quality European appliances, filtered hot and cold instant tap, automatic coffee machine - the keen chef will feel right at home in our well appointed kitchen. You'll enjoy all the mod cons of a home away from home including WiFi, ducted reverse cycle air con throughout. Tennis courts, a chic cafe, sports oval, kids' playground and several golf courses are moments away.

Roseville is a family-friendly and safe neighbourhood less than 12 km (7.5 miles) from Sydney city centre. The train station is about a 7 minute walk from our home. The city centre is accessible within a 15 minutes drive or 20 minutes train ride.

Our house is perfectly located for exploring other attractions of Sydney - Taronga Zoo, Bondi/Manly/Palm Beaches -
all within 20 mins to an hour's drive. Visit the iconic Blue Mountains and the beaches of the Central Coast within two hours drive. Venture inland to the Hunter Valley to sample the region’s finest drop and produce.

The 6th member of our family is our adorable (low maintenance) mini schnauzer that can stay elsewhere but would make great company if you would like to have her during your stay! And we would prefer non smokers only please. A car swap can also be negotiated.
