About our home
4 Bedroom 2& half bathroom due North home, warm in winter and cool in summer. Every living area has expansive ocean view, solar heated pool. outdoor living area for your BBQ, and lawns and garden area. One of the best in Sydney Northern beaches.
The house has two floors. Living area, kitchen and one bedroom downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with big ensuite and walkin-robe. All the bedrooms are very generous in size and all with mirrored built-ins.
The house is 5 mins stroll to the beach and surf, and restaurants, and playground.
Very friendly, cul-del-sec, private. Only 10 house on the street. Close to beach, activities, and school. Also transport.
We'd like to travel to Europe (England and France) and Shanghai/Beijing from July to Oct 2008.
We are a couple with 2 children, the boy will be 2 and the girl 11. Father Graham is a barrister. Mother Marjorie Chinese born Australian, runs an IT company.
