About our home

Hi we are a family of 4, Stephen (director), Stephanie (works and aged care and disability sector), Charlotte (22, librarian studies) and Sion (21, works in IT). Our eldest daughter and her family live just 10 minutes from us. We live on the absolutely stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney in Mona Vale. A beautiful peninsula between the Pittwater and the ocean, bordering the Ku-ring-gai National Forest. Our home is a modern three storey house with a swimming pool, looking onto the Pittwater and a 15 minute walk to the local beach. There are in fact about 15 beaches to choose from on our peninsula! Hiking, walking, surfing, kayaking, swimming, cycling - or just chilling in our village at one of the coffee shops - it's all here. We are approx. 25km from Sydney City which you can access by bus or ferry if you don't want to drive, where the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour amongst all the other attractions, await you. Bedrooms: 4 Bathrooms: 4 Sleeps: 8 (max 10) Closest airport: Sydney Kingsford Smith (approx. 34 kms) Languages spoken: English Preferred dates: Jul, Aug Preferred destinations: United Kingdom, London.

Our Location

This is an area for everyone. Retired, families, young adults, small children. We have an award winning childrens park directly in front of us and most beautiful walks alongside the Pittwater. Sailing, stand up paddling and surfing are obviously very popular and there are many surf and sailing schools if you want to learn! Hiking in Ku-ring-gai National Park. Private and Council Golf Courses to choose from. We are about 25 kms from Sydney City. The iconic Manly Ferry ride will take you across to the City in 30 minutes approaching via the Opera House and Harbour Bridge! Beaches galore with our local being about 15mins walk from our house.
