About our home

Recently renovated 3 bedroom terrace house with private backyard that is large and leafy for the inner city. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. One bedroom and bathroom down. Downstairs bathroom has shower and bath. Kitchen and family room open onto yard, rear bifold doors concertina away completely with full width roll out fly screen. Separate lounge/TV room also downstairs. All mod cons; washer, dryer, dish washer, aircon (and reverse cycle heating) in bedrooms which cool whole house if needed, instant on faux log fire in lounge, BBQ, wireless. There are 2 adult bikes and one child bike. Great way to get around the city (I ride to North Sydney to work in 30ish mins most days). Very close to public transport with Central Train station 5 mins walk and buses to Bondi, Coogee or Maroubra beaches 50 meters away. ~$15 in a cab to Circular Quay or the Opera House, or a 30-40 min stroll. Short walk to many restaurants, bars. Very secure with alarm and ability to lock up well. We do not have a garage, only parking on the street. Our car can be included - has a resident sticker which makes parking easy nearby and usually right out front. As its parking on the street the car is not fancy - 2000 model Subaru Forrester, well well maintained and serviced. There is an olympic public swimming pool opening in Prince Alfred Park, 3 blocks away, in Feb. Comfortable, simple, convenient inner city location that is an awesome location as a base to enjoy Sydney.
