Beach house with a view

Our home is located in the heart of Torquay in Victoria, Australia. Sitting high on a hill we have stunning views of Torquay and its beautiful surf beach that meets with the rolling green hills - one of our favourite things to do is to watch the sun rise and set from our balcony, we have witnessed some of the most spectacular shows that mother nature has to offer. Torquay has some of the most amazingly beautiful beaches including the famous surf beach 'bells beach' where the rip curl pro is held every easter. Torquay is the start of the great ocean road, the lists of beaches and beautiful places to visit are endless, the great Otway national park is a must visit along with the 12 apostles and the winery in the Victorian region are some of the best in Australia.

We have a 4 bedroom home with 2 living areas and 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen has top of the range appliances and is a cooks dream
Bedroom 1 - Large room with King size bed with walk in wardrobe and en-suite with double basin and large double shower and a separate toilet
Bedroom 2 - Large room with Queen size bed with walk in robe - this bedroom has some of the best views in the house.
Bedroom 3 - Large room with Bunk beds - bottom bunk is double size and top bunk is single size - this room also have gym equipment located in it
Bedroom 4 - Large room with 2 single beds and walk in robe with plenty of toys that can be left in if you wish but can also be removed and made more suitable of adults
Downstairs is entry way with bedroom 1 with en-suite, laundry with washer and dryer, powder room, open plan kitchen with a large size oven and cooktop walk in pantry and use of a coffee machine and thermomix, dining room currently with a 6 seating dining setting (due to be upgraded this month) and casual lounge room with cable TV and 2 couches - this all opens up to an outdoor entertaining area and the out to the backyard with a lovely lawn and edible garden.
Upstairs is the very large 'big room' as we call it, with a full service bar with a sink and fridge, bar table, a very large comfy couch with a smart TV that has access to iTunes, youtube, Netflix and stan, opening up to a balcony where you can enjoy the view on a high table with 4 bar stools and a comfy couch. Then at the other end of upstairs we have an office that has everything you need including wifi it also has a couch/futon that folds down to a comfy bed if needed, then we have the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet room with was basin. scatted throughout our house is art from different Australian artists and street artists along with some very special ai weiwei additions, indoor plants also fill our home.
