About our home
In a new designer built home you are offered 4 beautifully appointed, large bedrooms with QS bed and TV, with 2 spacious bathrooms, and a guest toilet. (One room is used as a study/office with a pull out QS sofa bed.)
The modern appointed Kitchen has a pantry attached - it meets the open plan dining area, and lounge area (with an inbuilt TV).
The Media Room offers a quiet sanctuary, and has a big screen TV if you wish to watch sport or movies or just relax in the quiet reading a book. The magnificent outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and expansive view of the lake provides a relaxing outdoor setting, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
WiFi is available and there is secure off-street parking, with the option of the use of a car if you would like.
Twin Waters is the ideal relaxing location - our home is located on Twin Waters lake. We are under 5km (8mins) from Sunshine Coast Airport, 5km to the pristine North Shore and Mudjimba beaches.
You have the choice of 2 of the Sunshine Coasts leading Golf Courses, (Twin Waters and Maroochy River) within 5km.
There are lovely walks around the lake and birdlife and fish abound.
Several regional markets are a short drive away. Noosa's Hastings Street, National Parks and endless sandy beaches are only 30mins drive away. Our home provides the perfect quiet get-away. Noosa/Mooloolaba/Maroochydore are a short drive away offering dining and shopping. There are many restaurants nearby.

We are a couple who decided to build the house of our dreams! And that we did!
The location became available and we made the most of this spectacular area!
In our mid 60s, we have travelled extensively, but during the build of the house, delayed further international travel...making the most of seeing our own beautiful country...(and there is still more to see!)
We intend to travel internationally in the next 5 -10 years, and have been told by many friends the opportunity to utilise the HomeForExchange benefits, and the chance of meeting new people of the same mindset should not be missed.
We are both very healthy, love the outdoor lifestyle and are GOLF freaks (as you would have noted by the description of the location of our home).
We love experiencing different cultures and are in awe of the heritage and history other regions throughout the world have to offer, and are determined to see and experience as many as we can!!
A great fun loving couple, who are very respectful of other peoples belongings and property and treat both with the respect we feel people staying in our home would do.
