About our home

Our house is a modern detached house with three bedrooms, large living room, dining room, study,a large kitchen overlooking the back garden and two bathrooms. However it is not suitable for children as it is set up as two double bedrooms only.
The house has all mod cons, a private garden and is situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the village and just a ten minute drive from the beach. We can email further photos if you are interested. We are only interested in exchanging with non-smokers and would also prefer to exchange cars.
Willunga is a small village in the heart of the Southern Vales Wine Region on the scenic Fleurieu Peninsula. We are less than an hour from Adelaide, recently voted the most livable capital city in Australia, by car or train and 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Fleurieu Peninsula which rival any in Australia. We are convenient for the Adelaide Hills & also the Kangaroo Island ferry. We have many local markets, including an excellent weekly Farmer's Market, nurseries. scenic drives and local walks and in January Willunga plays host to the "Tour down Under" Cycle Race. Adelaide's climate is mediterranean and although hot (35c-45c) in summer (Dec-March) is usually mild and warm in Autumn and Spring. Winter daytime temperature is usually around 15c but can range from 10c-20c. and winter here is very much like an English spring. The best time to visit is probably Spring or Autumn when the weather is usually fine and warm. Our summer is hot and dry, with far less rain than Queensland. Adelaide is considered to be the gateway to the Outback, and tours are available to the Flinders Ranges, Uluru (Ayers Rock), Alice Springs and Coober Pedy. For more information on the area visit:
