About our home

Stunning two storey, architecturally designed home. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two of the other bedroom have two single beds in each room while the fourth bedroom has a king single bed. There are also more mattresses in the attic if you have extra guests to stay.
The house has polished boards and rugs downstairs and carpet upstairs. The kitchen is a cook's dream with Eurpoean appliances, marble benches, two ovens, plus a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a barbeque and large outdoor table for entertaining al fresco plus a wet-edge pool which enjoys views across the valley. There are bikes available, a large flat screen TV, (plus two other televisions), DVD player and plenty of books to read.
Our house is in Woollahra which is one of the most upmarket areas in Sydney and is where most of the consular buildings are located. It is a short work to a major shopping centre which has upmarket boutiques, cinemas, supermarkets and bus and rail connections. The main street of Woollahra is famous for its antique shops, gourmet food outlets, bookshops and cafes. The neighbouring suburb of Paddington has great shops, cafes and quirky streets lined with historic terrace houses. There are several of Sydney's top restuarants in the area. It is a short drive or bus ride to famous Bondi Beach where you can take a great coastal work down to other beaches. We are also close to Kings Cross where Sydney's nighbclub scene can be found. One of Sydney's most beautiful parks, Centennial Park, is within walking distance from our house. People bike ride, roller blade, hire horses, walk around the lakes etc. Down the hill is Double Bay, which is regarded as one of Sydney's most exclusive shopping precincts. Amid the outdoor cafes are many of the leading designer boutiques.
