About our home

Our multi award winning Sawmill House set beside a sculptor's studio was featured on Grand Designs Australia. Come and experience this innovative space for yourself, 'a wonderful synergy between rusticity and resolution, raw materials and bespoke detailing'. All within walking distance of the quaint village of Yackandandah.

The space

A multi award winning house built through a wonderful collaboration of both architecture and craftsmanship. Built on the edge of what was an old gold mine quarry and later a sawmill, now the property lends itself as an active sculptor's studio (Agency of Sculpture) and a family home.

We offer an innovative abode, a stunning view, a lovely walk down to the dam as well as the practicalities such as a laundry (separate from the house, up near the workshop), ample parking space, wifi.

We are looking for a swap in June/July this year (2018) in EUROPE. We travel yearly to see my old grandmother in Serbia and we like to spend some time in another country too. France would be fantastic!

  2. Ben is a sculptor making mostly civic works and playgrounds and Tijana was a veterinarian before having Fela however now runs a music school teaching mostly pre-school children.
