About our home

We live in our house in Austria, who is not far from Vienna. Our area is flat, the town have ~ 6000 inhabitants and have good public traffic to Vienna. Our house is on plot where we live and our son with her wife also and is very comfortable. The plot is 1350 m2 large, between the houses is swimming pool placed. And we have very good relation with our son. Our house is in very good condition and well furnished. The house is on one floor but we have cellar too where is the heating-room ,washing machine, work-room and space-room.
Our home is in convenient position that we have 45 km to Slovakia, 80 km to Czech-republic and Hungary and 10 km to Vienna.
We live in this house only during the summer-time, from May to September and during the winter we live in Spain on the Costa Blanca where we have our second house.

We are Homeexchangers 4X with good experiences 2x USA, Canada, and Holland.
I am engineer in retirement, my wife is retired as well but we are in good condition. I am still active pilot and I have small aeroplane with English-partner in Spain.

Our house in Austria is very well situated: ~ 10 km to Vienna, 45 km to Slovakia, 80 km to Czech republic, 80 km to Hungary. They are many bicycle paths in our area, bicycles are at one's disposal. In our area is golf-place, tennis-courts, horse-riding area a.more.
In Vienna are all activities theaters, concerts, music-festivals a.s.m.
