Our apartment is very comfortable, clean and due to its southerly exposition very bright. We offer a spacious living and bedroom with a great view, overlooking the river Inn and the surrounding mountains.
After exploring Innsbruck, its culture and nature, you can relax and feel as if you were at home, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of famous Austrian wine on our couch.
The cute kitchen has everything needed to prepare the perfect meal.
A lift takes you right to the fourth floor, where the apartment is located.
My girlfriend Julia and I, Alex, we are in our early twenties and both of us studying pharmacies at the University of Innsbruck. Beside the necessary amount of work, we enjoy spending time in nature. We like travelling very much (we already made exchanges to Vienna, Norway, Barcelona), so we are looking forward to every new experience. We can assure you to take good care of your home.
Please contact us, we are open for almost anything and would love to make your stay in Innsbruck as comfortable as possible.
A 10 min walk along the Inn, the RIVER running through Innsbruck, takes you directly to the HISTORIC CITY CENTRE, the famous “Goldene Dachl”, several other historic places, museums, galleries, fine cafes and restaurants. Several shopping possibilities are located in the Maria-Theresien-Straße- just ahead of the historic center.
SURROUNDING MOUNTAINS offer all kind of outdoor activities as hiking, moutainbiking, paragliding, and of course several winter sports.
The “Nordkettenbahn”-cable car can take you up to the famous alpen-zoo, which shows the richness of species within alpine climate, or even a station higher – up to 2256 m above sea-level for an amazing view all over Innsbruck.
In less than two hours you can visit Munich (Germany) or Salzburg (Austria) easily by train – and even Italy is just around a corner, so a nice day trip to Trento or Bolzano is also possible.
