Cosy apartment, central for recreation & culture, city, quiet, 4th floor, elevator

Meine Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, gepflegt und sehr sonnig. Von der 4. Etage (Aufzug) können Sie von der Nordseite den Wienerwald auf der westlichen Seite und auf der östlichen das grüne Erholungsgebiet und den Vergnügungspark Prater sehen. Trotz der zentralen Lage (2 Min. city bike, Busse, Tram, Zug zum Flughafen (alle 30 Min) ist es sehr ruhig.IM Sommer gibt es Bademöglichkeiten erreichbar mit Tram od. city bike. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig. WIFI/WLAN Es gibt Satelliten-TV auch fremdsprachige Sender (ca.100 Stationen).Ein Supermarkt unten im Haus und 2 andere gegenüber. Pharmazie, Schuhmacher ... in der selben Straße. Restaurants. Kein Auto erforderlich. Fotoanweisungen für TV/CD liegen bereit, ebenso eine Mappe mit Wohnungstauschinfos (durch Erfahrung)und Empfehlungen sowie Infos der Touristenzentrale. Zum Stephansdom 25 Min. zu Fuß, Oper 30 Minuten oder mit U Bahn 5 Min.

My home is very comfortable,clean,sunny,central (2 min. to city bikes, busses, trams, trains to the airport (every 30 min.), very quiet. During the summer there are possibilities for swimming by tram or city bike. 4th floor, elevator, near the Funnyfair Prater. WIFI/WLAN, Satelite TV abt. 100 channels. Excellent connection by bus in front of the house,tram & trains nearest. I put a leaflet with info (by experience) for your convenience also from the tourist information and recommendations. Supermarkets downstairs & across the street, Restaurants, Pharmacie etc nearest.One day trips to Salzburg, Passau, Bratislava etc possible. Grinzig/wine restaurants 30 min./tram also hiking. Mountaineering 90 km. To the Saint Stephen Cathedral 25 minutes on foot, to the Opera 30 Min on foot. Or take the Underground 5 min.
