About our home

Our house ist a nice little villa with about 200 sq living area, the kitchen is open to the living area and has a nice fire place. If you love cooking you will love our kitchen, on the balcony we have also a good barbecue grill. On the terrace you can enjoy a spectaculare view to the mountains (Wilder Kaiser) - if you want in our jacuzzi.

At the moment we have 2 bedroom, both with an own bath room. The master bedroom has a bath with a little whirpool an a big rain shower. We also have a nice sauna in the house. You can use our whireless lan and we do have a nice little office in the house.

More about us

We are a married couple (31 an 38) without children, both with an own company and very open to new expiriences. We have choosen to do this way because we are bored of living in a hotel.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is located on the sunny side of the Wilder Kaiser near Kitzbühel, we need 1 hour drive to the next airport (Munich or Salzburg). In the winter we are in the middle of on of the biggest ski resorts in Austria - we are a 2 Minutes drive away from the next skiing area.

The neigbourhougt is good, most of the houses are second homes. We live nice little an very silent place. Next to the house their is a little football place.
