About our home

Charming, cosy, private residence in a beautiful 19th century Viennese building. Located in a very green residential area, well connected via public transport - 15 minutes to center of Vienna. You will enter the flat by crossing the front terrace area using a separate entrance. Its a loft type apartment with one bedroom and a spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room opens up with big glass windows to the second terrace. You will feel like in a charming cottage.

Nearby you will find a nice coffee-bar, serving breakfast and lunch. In walking distance an Italian restaurants, the gourmet restaurant "Freyenstein" witch belongs to Eva and a few grocery stores. You will find not only easy access to the inner city, typical Viennese "Heurige" are situated nearby.
