The central, cosy, clean and quiet apartment is located in a well-kept historical building. There is a main bedroom with a double bed, a bed / living room with a daybed, a comfortable sleep sofa and a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shower and separate WC. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. We offer a cot and baby bath for a little visitor.
Ideally located as a sightseeing base and for reaching all cultural events not to mention the outdoor activities in Vienna. The Augarten Park famous for the porcelain factory and the Viennese Boys`Choir is right behind the building. There is a rose park on the way to the subway which is a 3 minute walk. The Summerstage is at this stop. The tram stop is 50 metres away and there is a 24-hour bakery right opposite. Shops, post office and banks are 2 blocks away. Should you wish to park your car, we recommend a convenient Park and Ride facility from where the subway takes you anywhere.
We are Ronel and Gen and enjoy trips to other countries. As we both work with many people in theatres and cultural projects, we appreciate relaxing and the chance to explore the history and culture of new places. The simple pleasures in life are the best.
