About our home

We offer a calm, spacious, sunny apartment with a stunning view over Vienna from our terrace and the Winter Garden. Location is Margarethen, Vienna's 5th district, very close to the city center (15 minutes by subway). The big old and beautiful market "Naschmarkt" is only 10' away. Shops and restaurants are very near.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator!), it is newly renovated with terrace (40 m2) and winter garden. There are 3 big rooms, total about 100m2; two bed rooms and two living room plus one kitchen integrated in one living room, a bath room and WC.
We love to live in our apartment and we are taking a lot of care of it. The same we will do with your's!

More about us

Michael and Judith originally not from Vienna but since many years in love with this beautiful city. We both work for SOS Children Villages International an INGO aiming at providing a "loving home for every child". We love travelling and are open for non-simultaneous exchange too.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The next Metro-Station and the next tramway is 10 minutes walk and brings you in 15 minutes to the center, where you can visit all the wonderful historical buildings of Vienna. Also in 25 Minutes you can be at "Wienerwald", the the green wood-belt that surrounds Vienna, considered as one of the worth living cities in the world.
