About our home

Our apartment is located on the third floor of a typical viennese house from the turn of the 19th century and features the typical characteristics of that period, like a wooden floor, high ceilings and large double-wing doors. It has been totally renovated and newly furnished in 2008. The kitchen has all modern equipment you would expect.

My husband and I live in Graz, the second largest town in Austria. We love Vienna very much and try to spend much time there to go to the theatre or museums etc. that`s why we have an apartment in Vienna. In the last few years, Vienna has become a very lively, attractive city. You will love it!

Our charming apartment is located in the popular 5th district, Margareten. The famous Naschmarkt and Mariahilferstraße, Vienna`s primary shopping street, are in walking distance. The underground U4 (stop Pilgramgasse) is only a minute away and takes you to the famous sightseeing spots such as Schönbrunn Castel, Belvedere Castle or Karlsplatz as starting points for your walks through the city.
