About our home

80% of 237 m2 penthouse apartment (we are keeping 3 private rooms locked in our absence we would only open them for special bookings!).. Our house lady comes daily or regularly for one hour, so she will take care of our cat (if you would not like to take care of RoyLou) and our plants, while you are there.

As it is our home and our lovely cat RoyLou (= a real treasure) we will only exchange to people where we are feeling, they understand us. By the way Roylou is a real contact open cat and loves our guests ........

For you we are able to offer 2 bedrooms (all in all we are having 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms + 4 toilets, 2 spacious living rooms with panorama view to Votivchurch - perfect kitchen with all what you need, 2 bathrooms - 2 toilets - and the best over viewing roofgarden of centre Vienna of 150 m2 (360 ° degree panorama view) with nice furniture and barbecue place - next to U_Bahn (name of Vienna public underground transport system) and tram station in front of the house, Votivchurch, Burgtheather, international cinema and sushi place (very good) in house.. everything else after real interest.

More about us

Working in real estate (manage my own properties). Sponsoring and event business, mainly Tennis/ATP business. Also working as real estate landlord. Travelling around the world - taking time for enjoyable and new impressions - love to meet new people. Sports, art, fashion and photography and of course my family including my great adult 4 daughters + 1 with new, great wife! are my passion of enjoying every morning of health and happiness.
