Mon appartement est d'un calme parfait car il donne sur une cour intérieure fleurie. En été, il y fait toujours agreáblement frais. Ameublement et linge de qualité, cuisine fonctionnelle très bien fournie et surtout une déco très soignée dans les moindres détails. Beaucoup de charme, ambiance, couleurs chaudes et grand confort.
La chambre a un beau lit en 180 et un matelas first class, un petit dressing attenant parfait quand on vient à plusieurs, la salle de bain est spacieuse, salon de 28 m² avec canapé pour 2, parquet en chêne massif, vaisselle choisie.
Appartement strictement non fumeur, pas d'animaux SVP.

At the apartment,you will be met by an english/german/spanish/french speaker who knows Vienna perfectly well and can help you with any questions or bookings you may have or wish.

Je suis Francaise, traductrice-interprète 55+, j'habite Vienne depuis 35 ans, j'ai deux enfants adultes et serai bientôt à la retraite. J'aime les échanges humains, les langues, la diversité des cultures et des tempéraments et tout ce qui diffère des normes. Je disposerai bientôt de mon temps et voudrais en profiter! Les échanges ne doivent pas être obligatoirement simultanés car j'ai un autre domicile à Vienne. En voyage, je serai très probablement accompagnée.

Situé dans le quartier "Josefstadt" au centre de Vienne, c'est un point de départ idéal pour partir visiter à pied le vieux centre historique avec ses musées, ses magnifiques parcs, ses trésors d'architecture et ses merveilleux cafés 1900! Trois théâtres à proximité. Vous avez le métro (station "Université") et les tramways à 5 minutes de la maison ainsi que tous les commerces du quotidien (supermarché à 100 m). Le Campus est en face avec des cafés et restaurants sympas, une librairie, des espaces verts pour le jogging par exemple et un joli marché de Noêl en fin d'année. Les deux opéras et la grande salle de concert sont à 20' en tram porte à porte. Ligne de métro directe vers le Prater ou le Wienerwald.
