About our home

Our home is a classic old city apartment with high ceilings, parquet floor, big windows and beautiful swing doors. It's very bright and everything was renovated last year without destroying the charm of the rooms. So the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet are new - the doors and walls were painted.
You enter the corridor, which is combined with kitchen and our eating place. The kitchen is small but include all the facilities you need. From this first room you can reach the bathroom, the toilet, the livingroom and our working space. From there you get into our small bedroom.

More about us

We are both self employed graphic-designers in the age of 31 and 34.
After 3 years in Berlin we came back to Vienna last summer but we are still interested to see another different places.
Currently we are primarily searching for a long term exchange.
We have two small dogs (a pug and a mixed one) - in case of a longer stay, they will travel with us.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is situated in Vienna's popular 2nd district - a lively and upcoming multicultural neighbourhood with great access to public transportation (only 1 minute to the next metro-station). A very nice fruit and vegetable market (Karmelitermarkt) with cafes and restaurants, different groceries and food stores in walking distance. Furthermore you are located with perfect access to all the great activities and sightseeing and 2 beautiful parks (Augarten and Prater) are reachable in 5-10 minutes.
