About our home

Our quiet apartment has around 100m2, 3 bedrooms (max.6 sleeps), bath, separated toilet and a beautiful 90m2 garden with a sauna to relax from the city life. You can also play or try our historic piano :-)
A subway-station to the historic city (10minutes!) is just across the street. Our neighbourhood is safe (like the whole city of Vienna) and we have nice neighbours. Our apartment building is around 10 years old and was visited often by architectural interested people for new ways of apartment-housing in the city.

More about us

We are a family of four (2 good behaving boys aged 10 and 12 which like reading and computers). We plan to travel with and without the boys (while they are staying with our parents)
I am a researcher and consultant and my wife is a project manager.
As we are members of a bartering community in Vienna since years and met wonderful people and had positive experiences we thought exchanging home internationally would also great :-)

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

All famous Vienna sights are easily reachable within a few minutes by public transport. Within 10 minutes you can reach the Wienerwald (wood and vineyards surrounding Vienna) for walking, jogging, biking and stunning views.....
A short walk from the flat you can visit the typical Vienna Heurigen wine restaurants. Nearby are public swimmingpools and shops.
