About our home

My home is exactly as I ever wanted to live. It is right in the city center of Vienna - walking distance to the Opera, the theatres, great restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious with a huge kitchen for people that like to cook, a comfortable living room, a study/ guest room and a bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom can be entered from the bedroom and the hallway. There are two TVs (flatsrceen in the living room) and WLAN in the whole apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.

I moved into this newly renovated place about 2 years ago. It very well blends the old Vienna style of high ceilings, wooden floors and large doors with the cosy & contemporary style of the furniture. I am very much into clear Italian design - white, some colors, functional, but with some candles and plants. I travel a lot on business, but everytime I come home, I enjoy the moment of entering.

I am a single early 40 years old woman working for a big multi-national company. My hobby is design. I love design hotels and I love to decorate and furnish my apartment, as this is the place I find relaxation and quietness. In my business life I travel a lot, therefore my home is really my well kept castle. Luigi is a spoiled little something. He is well behaved, but he sleeps on the couch and in the bed. But he gets his paths showered after every walk....

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is upscale Viennese and very safe. In the morning you'll find can get your fresh rolls, the international newspapers and fresh sandwiches in walking distance. In the evening you are able to get all sorts of entertainment within 10 minutes by taxi.

Luigi, my doggie, and I live next to a park. To get to the center takes us 10 minutes to the city centre - if you walk slowly.
