Our maintenance staff ie poolman, gardener has access to external areas if maintenance within the property is needed a convenient time will be arranged to suit you, we ask for your co-operation in order that pools and gardens can be properly maintained. Pools are normally cleaned in the morning, twice a week, with as little disruption to the guests as possible.
Because of this villa's unspoilt location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey!
Bed linen is changed alternate days and towelling daily, if necessary, except Sundays.
Beach towels are supplied Holetown - in the Parish of St James on the Islands Platinum Coast, is a lively place to eat, drink and shop. It is one the largest towns on the Island and you should find everything that you need here.
There are some great bar/restaurants on the beaches that also show all the international football matches. The local supermarket is well stocked and there are a great selection of gift/duty free shops also. There is also a gymnasium in Holetown.
Some of the best hotels and restaurants are close by, Sandy Lane Hotel, Tides and The Cliff are fantastic places to go to for that special night out!
Bruadair is a 10 minute walk downhill to the nearest beach which offers excellent water sports etc. Holetown and Speightstown offer easy shopping and top class restaurants, making this an ideal location for that special villa holiday. Bruadair has become some what of a wedding villa/venue with several weddings taken place in the gazebo.
The area is a golfers paradise and the number 1 in the Caribbean. Bruadair is in vicinity of the Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland Championship courses.
