Contemporary design apartment in trendy 'Zuid' (125 SQM)

This luxurious urban industrial- style apartment was entirely refurbished and carefully designed in 2016. It is located on the third floor in the heart of 'Antwerpen Zuid ', THE neighborhood in Antwerp Centre for people who like hip little boutiques, trendy and cosy restaurants and bars.

The old wooden floors, concrete kitchen island and bathroom and the sheer retro furniture and interior define this unique space, which oozes an urban-industrial charm and yet remains bright and incredibly cosy.

Find your favorite corner to read your book in the evenings, and enjoy the cosy, warm atmosphere created by the industrial lamps from an old Dutch textile factory.
There are two terraces. One is situated in the back, with sunshine from morning until early afternoon. Great sunny breakfasts or early lunch BBQ's are waiting for you.
One in the front (sun as from 16h), which is smaller but perfect for a cosy apero, looking at the hip people wandering in the streets.

The main room hosts a spacious living room with a modern, custom-built kitchen island, made entirely of pure concrete - a deliberate contrast to old wooden floors and rest of the retro style interior. Besides this there are 2 bedrooms (one big with double bed, one smaller with 2 single (or 1 double) which sleeps each 2 persons . The spacious bathroom is unique in its design and hosts a bad and shower.

The location is perfect for exploring Antwerp. Three museums (of which the famous museum of modern art), numerous commercial art galleries, fashionable cafes and restaurants, two arts' centres and a sprinkling of up-market shops add to the attractions of the area. The area is simply the best area to be based in Antwerp during the spring and summer months! Lots of small and hip boutiques just outside your door, and the larger shopping areas (for example the Meir) are within walking distance (5-15 minuts).

Important: our lovely cat Mauro (female) is living in the apartment. She is too sweet and will not bother you. However, she likes to receive some love once in while :-)
If you are a cat hater, then this place will be nothing for you.

Please be aware that the apartment is in a residential building - people sleep at night and go to work early. We are kindly asking you to respect that, and to avoid noise / parties after 10 PM in the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! If you need a smoke, please go out on one of the terraces.
