About our home

Our house is a character-full farmhouse with a lot of space.
Six bedrooms with 8 sleeps, two bathrooms, one with a bath, also equipped as shower, the other with a large shower.
The kitchen has all the comfort you need, you will find all the tools you desire.
The garden is south orientated, you'll be able to take breakfast as well as your dinner; it's lovely to make barbecue in the garden.
Children can play in the garden and use the bikes, football goals, trampoline, ....
We have flat screen TV, DVD, Hifi, PC, Internet which you can use as you desire.
The inside of our house is a smoking free area.

More about us

Alexandre (36) is an petrol engineer and I, Sarah (35), am an geologist working in a building company. Son Louis (7) is a real outdoor fan and youngest daughter Romane (1) is quickly discovering the world. We all like outdoor activities. We love to explore, travel and discover other places in the world and having some sharing moments with the nature.
We would like to travel during school holidays (July, August). We are very clean people and we educate our children with attention on values such as respect and courtesy.
At this moment we have a dog and a cat, but we can arrange care if you would rather not be concerned with them.
We can eventually exchange our cars. We have a Volkswagen Touran 2010, with GPS to find easily your way.
We twice exchanged our house. We will threat your house with respect, and are confident that you will also do so.
WE HAVE ALREADY AN EXCHANGE FOR SUMMER 2010.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The magnificent city of Bruges is just 8 km away. The Belgian seaside is only 20 km away. Europe's capital Brussels is about an hour drive. Other important Belgian cities like Antwerp (100km) or the mediaeval city of Ghent (50km), can be reached in no time as well. Even Paris (2,5 hours), Amsterdam (3 hours) and even London (3 hours) are not out of reach.
If you prefer to stay close and calm, no problem!
You like golf? You will find the Damme golf course at 4 km.
You like cycling or walking? You will find some information at www.brugseommeland.be. You can easily start from our house for some nice trips. A morning walk in the forest at the domain Ryckevelde is at just 500 meters from home.
