About our home

Modern apartment on the first floor of a "Maison de Maitre", lift, security door, open living with american kitchen, high ceilings, modern bathroom and two more rooms (bibliotheque and office) which can be used as bedrooms as well. It is cosy and comfortable. A terrace is situated at the back of the apartment, so that you can find a bit of quietness and sun in the middle of the city.

I am an auditor, 51, who is often away on business travel. My hobby is sailing. So I would like to go to destinations with a lot of water and sun and I propose my house as well on a short term basis, while being away on business travel or sailing. Just ask me about my planning. Then it would be great being able to come later to your place when it is convenient for you.

Neighbourhood

Urban neighbourhood, situated in the very centre of Brussels, 5 minutes by foot to the "Grand Place". All attractions of cultural and nightlife Brussels in walking distance, the main shopping mall "rue Neuve" is 50 meters away, access to the 2 main lines of Metro at 100 meters distance - more central than that is not possible in Brussels. In the house are 6 apartments. Furthermore, Brussels is the ideal location to discover Europe. From my apartment you have a direct connection with metro to the train stations of Brussels: 3h to Amsterdam with Thalys, 2h to London with Eurostar, 1h 20m to Paris with Thalys, 2h to Cologne with ICE.
