About our home

Our home is the perfect place to enjoy Brussels as it is situated at 5 minutes drive from the Grand Place.
It is a splendid loft of 300m2 in a renovated old factory of the beginning of the 20th century, the factory is located in a big green courtyard so benefits from a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that gives a 'village' feeling.
Our home has 4 bedrooms and a large open floor that welcomes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, it can comfortably welcome 6-7 people.
The appartment has homecinema and wifi facilities.
There will be a cleaning lady coming at least once per week that is included in the exchange.

More about us

We are a couple in our mid-fourties, with 3 young children, 2 boys of 10 & 8 and a girl of 5 years old. They are
used to frequent travelling and are well behaved. We will look after your home as ours and have already done 5 successful exchanges that have been wonderful experiences.
