About our home

Located on 14km of Brussels Airport.
The whole building is an old stylish mansion with in total 4 levels.
The duplex is situated on the 2nd floor
There only a staircase.
The flat has:
- a spacious Italian kitchen with a giant gas cooker
- next to the kitchen, there's the living
- both living and kitchen open to the small veranda and terrace with a view on very quite gardens of the neighbours. There's nice big trees.
- the other way is to the hall and the stairs to 2nd level.
- the hall is in the middle of the living and an office space.
- upstairs the flat (from the hallway) there's left the sleeping room (double bed), in front the bathroom, and on the right side a mezzanine where a second double mattress is on the floor.

Where is it?


The flat is situated in a very quite area of Brussels, and close to the city center.
On the end of the street there's a nice parc Square Marie-Louise (http://s.emp.re/1cUs4zo). On 15min walking there's another giant park "Cinquantennaire" (http://s.emp.re/1cUs42g).

It's situated in the EU-district, next to EU parliament, commission (http://s.emp.re/1cUs8z6).
The main metro line connects this part easily with other parts in Brussel. The closest stop is "Maelbeek" (http://s.emp.re/1cUs9mG).
This main metro line connects directly to the following nice parts in Brussels:
- Trendy and hip area Dansaert & Sint-Catherine (http://s.emp.re/1cUsohF)
- Grand-Place: http://s.emp.re/1cUsgyy
- Biggest shopping street 'Rue Neuve': http://s.emp.re/1cUsrda
