About our home
This apartment in Brussels is a stunning luminous and spacious loft at the top of a recently renovated building in the very heart of Brussels, between the old quarter (2mns walk away) and trendy Sainte Catherine (1 mn away), it is comfortable, large (100m2), clean and can fit up to four people (at a push) - one comfortable double bed and a large designer sofa.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is large and also well equipped.
Although the building is in the centre of the centre of Brussels - you can't really get any more central than this! - the apartment itself is very quiet, it is well isolated and on the top floor with most windows beings skylight, hence the little noise (and the amazing light!).
We like to have plants, flowers and have chosen our furniture carefully - design but homey (and most important comfortable)! ;)
We are used to having guests over, so we have all that is necessary to make any stay in Brussels fully enjoyable, (including two bicycles).

We're a duet in our 30's - Julien is a lawyer and a consultant in European affairs, Nolwenn is a journalist in Paris - we're both French, clean, smiley, extremely sociable and curious, well mannered and educated.
We're eager to visit and discover other places, other people and other cultures, look around and feel the local vibrations, to see if we, too, can settle in. We speak French, English, Spanish and German. We have no children or pets.
We wouldn't mind travelling with some friends, whom we met in law school, to our future destinations.
We love to listen to music - the itunes library is at your disposal and will suit most - if not all - needs, and are big readers and very sporty (fitness, yoga, tennis and boxing).

This is the BEST location if you want to visit Brussels!
Everything you want to see in Brussels is located within walkable distances: the old district, the Manneken pis, the EU quarter, the parks, the metro, the Beaux Arts museum, the shopping street(s), the restaurants, lovely terraces, convenient's stores, supermarkets and deli's. It is at the corner of rue Antoine Dansaert where some of Belgium's trendiest designers have lovely boutiques, it is 10 mns walk away from the chocolaterie of Les Sablons and the antiques of Les Marolles.
We are used to having guests over, so we have all that is necessary to make any stay in Brussels fully enjoyable, (including maps, travel guides, personal recommendations and two bicycles).
