About our home

Our home is a cosy 3 story house, approx 180 m2 with 4 Bedrooms,.Two bathrooms with showers and 3 toilets . Cosy terrace with BBQ area and sitting area for 8+. Fully equipped Kitchen. Dining area sits 8. Cable TV and Netflix
Our house is very central in Auderghem Brussels, a residential area with direct access to the European institutions, the Grand Place, and Avenue Louise for shopping. It is not far from the Foret de Soignes (2 km) and Bois de la Cambre for scenery , cycling , walking or jogging, we are surrounded by all categories of restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the metro, which is the line direct to the center ( Grand Place - 8 min). Being the center of Europe, it takes very little effort to go anywhere,
Paris is only 1h30 away, London 2h30, Amsterdam 2h, Cologne, Lille , Luxembourg ... all within reach ! If you want a little more of the countryside, the Belgium and French Ardennes (Champagne !) offer a fantastic opportunity to discover the Belgian and French heritage.
Come and enjoy the wonderful food, wine , Beer and speculos, not forgetting the Belgian waffels and the cheese !
The Christmas market is a must for all the family !
The beating heart of Brussels is in Plaisirs d’Hiver and its cosy cabins.   1. We are a recomposed family with 4 beautiful girls , we bought our house in 2016 and completely renovated it .

  2. JP works in the building industry and Sandra in the financial sector
    We have two cats Paddy. and Molly , if we can leave them in their home that would be great otherwise it’s not a problem , my oldest daughter can take them to her place.

  3. We love to travel, our children are getting older so before they become too old to travel with their parents , we would like to see as many places as possible with them.

Walks in the park
Bois de la Cambre , Covering an area of 124 hectares, this is part of the old Forest of Soignes. It was annexed to the city in 1842, and its layout conceived by the landscape architect Keilig. On Saturdays and Sundays, some routes are closed to cars, thus leaving the way free for cyclists, joggers, roller-skating enthusiasts, etc. Families visiting at weekends can take the ferry to reach the island and have something to eat there.
