Where is it?

Our apartment is at the top end of a small building with 2 other small flats with friendly neighbors, in a very safe and quiet place. Situated 200m from Avenue Louise (our Belgium Champs Elysees) and in the Quartier du Chatelain. A pleasant area with many restaurants and all what you may need at a walking distance (including but not limited to: shopping centers, bakery, newspapers, cinema, trendy shops ...). We are 15 min walk from the very city center and the "Grand place" (a very famous and beautiful market square) and other touristic attractions. If you don't like walking, public transport (subway and tramway) are next door. For ex. tramway N°94 stops 200m from our place and takes you to the very heart of Brussels. From the main railway station (gare de midi) which is 10 min by taxi (about 7€) or 20 min by public transport, the TGV can connect you to Paris in 55 min in 2008, Amsterdan in 2hrs and London in 2,5Hrs. Brugges is 1 hr away by train. If you stay in Brussels, car is not necessary. if you wish to entertain your children, a large wood is 15 min away and many educational organizations can offer kinds of urban summer camps (9am to 5pm ) around music, singing, learning foreign languages, craft work...we can help you on that as our chidren have attended some. And finally, Zaventen Airport is 20 min by taxi and can take you basically anywhere in Europe...if you fancy an "escapade".
