About our home

Welcome to our holiday/weekend duplex apartment on the Belgian Sea Shore! Great getaway that has been housely furnished and that enjoys a very good, calm location on the Belgian coast.

When you arrive by car, we can offer you a private parking place and in the cellar of the building we have several bicycles at hand.

An inside escalator brings you to the third (top) floor where you have access to our apartment. The entrance is bright and sunny and gives access to the bathroom, seperate toilet, 'groundfloor' bedroom, the livingroom and kitchen.

The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sun from mornings onwards until sundown!

We have a first class view on the Magic Colored Fountains - a weekly returning event during the months July, August and September on the square right in front of us.

On the topfloor we have another 2 bedrooms and a seperate toilet. The masterbedroom is large enough to sleep 2 other kids for instance, should this be necessary.

The amenities are all very close by: supermarkets, banks, hairdresser, bakery shop, butcher, fresh fish shops, ... all is there and of very high quality.

Regarding the fresh fish shops: we are at several steps away from Birger - one of the most famous fish providing shops along the Belgian coast!

Restaurant are amazing and their fish specialities are unique - not that difficult when you are across the square looking at the fishing port of Nieuwpoort!

We also have a small wooden beachhouse available in high season - very common on our seaside - where people leave their sunbeds, beach toys for the kids, windshield, ... This is in season also at your disposal!

When you want to visit some of the Belgian sea cities, it is very easy to take the 'tram' - a metro like train, connection ALL the Belgian coastal cities and gives you a very enjoyable ride along the coast. Kids love it!

So many things to do: the Belgian coast is great and there are so many things to do!

For any other form of activity - I invite you to have a look at the website of Nieuwpoort:

I hope you will consider to come and enjoy our Belgian coast and we are looking forward for receiving you!

Best regards

Bernard and Sophie
