About our home

Our house is a traditional Brussels house from the beginning of the XX century. Very spacious, 3 floors, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 little garden with a terrace.

Perfect location in the capital of Europe: upper St Gilles, at the border with Ixelles and Uccle. St Gilles is a trendy area with lots of cafés and restaurants and the awesome Parc de Forest and Parc Duden. There is a farmers’ market every week on the square down the street where you can do the groceries for the week or just enjoy a glass of wine with locals.

You can easily walk, cycle or take public transportation to all the other nice areas of Brussels: walking distance to Chatelain, Flagey, Parvis de St Gilles. Very well connected to to the EU institutions and to the international train station (Gare du Midi, 3 tram stops or 25 min walking) where you can catch a train to Paris or London . Easy access to the ring and highways to visit the other great areas of Belgium: Bruges, Gent, Antwerp, Namur, the Ardennes or to go to France. (Paris is 3 hours away driving or 80 min with the train).

More about us

  1. We're a Franco-British couple with a 2 year old daughter. We've been living in France, Canada and the UK and landed in Belgium more than 10 years ago and we love it!

  2. We both work in EU affairs and enjoy the international environment Brussels offers as well as the laid back attitude of people in Brussels.

  3. We love travelling and meeting new people. Our next big trip is planned for September 2019.
