“We stayed in Ronald and Carine's Brussels house. It is within walking distance of the city centre and a metrostop nearby makes getting around in the city very easy. The house itself is beautiful, with lots of authentic details and Ronald and Carine have excellent taste. We felt very much 'at home'. The house is fully prepared for visitors, with helpful instructions about the practical stuff and lot's of tips for restaurants and cafe's. Brussels itself was so much better than we expected, highly recommended for foodies!”
Ronald's reviewsAs a host (3)
“We have just returned from a very pleasant stay in the house of Ronald and family in Andenne, Belgium. A wonderful old stone house in, to our experience, remote and quite but very wel mantained and friendly village. Perfectly set for lovely walks, muddy walks this time, with our kids. Romantic castles and farms around. Great for the winter stay ( with fireplace) and we would love to go again one day in the summertime, it must be stunning out there with the lovely garden, green up the hill, reading a book under the covers of the tree. Thank you so much for offering the swap and for taking good care of our house as well.”
“We have been in Brussels at Easter and had wonderful days there. Brussels is worth to visit not only because of the European Institutions. The home of Carine and Ronald is lovely and perfectly situated to discover Brussels. The neighborhood is very pleasant, lively, but quiet as well and all the main interests can be found within a walking distance. We felt very comfortable in their home and they gave us a very friendly and warmth welcome. And we found our home in a perfect condition - a very successful swap for all of us. If they would like to come back to the Black Forest one day, we surely would be pleased to make another home exchange with them.”
