About our home

This completely renovated and private duplex, located in the Center of BRUSSELS in a quiet and popular neighbourhood, is quite comfy with its dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a sunny secluded garden.
Fully equipped (dish washer, washing machine, TV, Wifi, etc.).

It's definitely very comfortable for a couple or two persons, but also suitable for 4 people.
The area is very well-served by public transport (metro, bus, trams), you don't need a car to enjoy and visit Brussels.

BEWARE, if you wish to exchange with points, please note that your stay has to last a minimum 5 days period when available. Thank you for your comprehension :)

More about us

  1. Any suggestion (homswap or points) will always be considered from short breaks (in Europe only) to longer stay wherever in Summer (let's say 2 or 3 weeks) .

  2. We are an experienced homeswapers family (around 70 successful exchanges so far). Carine and I Ronald are in our early 50's, she’s communication officer in social care and I am general manager (CEO) in a local government. We usually travel with our younger son, Virgile 16 y.o. Our older children travel on their own now.

    However, we, parents, enjoy short breaks and weekends alone anywhere in Europe.
    Whatever our decision is, we will answer to any inquiry. We will answer you in French, English, Spanish or Dutch.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The ground floor apartment is located in the Center of BRUSSELS in a quiet and popular neighbourhood, near a green park and at a stone's throw from main cultural and commercial areas.

With its human size, Brussels is also a cosmopolitan and multicultural capital, with topnotch museums, a delightful architectural mix of Gothic and Art Nouveau, a thriving restaurant and nightlife scene, and tempting chocolate shops on seemingly every corner.

You may also like
