Our house offers full comfort, large space (300 m2) and great location. It has 3 bedrooms (each of them with en suite bathroom), 3 toilets, 2 terraces and a cosy garden. It is divided in 3 levels: - ground floor with spacious entrance, beautiful marble stair case, 1 guest room with a wlak out to the garden, 1 toilet, garage and basement. - First floor: fully equipped kitchen, modern design dining with walk out to terrace and garden, bright large living room with a marble chimney, 1 toilet, - Second floor: large master bedroom with jacuzzi & en suite bathroom, second double bedroom with a connecting bathroom (opening on a terrace overlooking the garden), 1 toilet. House is equipped with security system, water softener, WIFI Internet access, telephone, TV plasma, HD DVD, HIFI set, washing machine, dryer and dish washer.

More about us

Spoken languages: French, English, Polish, a bit of Spanish and Italian Other information: Children OK, No smoking, We are a dynamic professional couple: Leila is a consultant and myself (Janusz) an international civil servant. We enjoy sports (especially tennis, volleyball, cycling), music (particularly jazz) and, most of all, we love exploring the world. Our preferred dates to travel are Christmas break, May and August, but we are quite flexible. We have not yet experienced house swaps, but are curious about the idea.

House located in a nice & quiet residential part of Brussels, 5 min. drive away from the European institutions and 10-15 min. away from the old town, royal palace and gardens, museums and other turist attractions. Short walk to a public swimming pool, a sport club with tennis courts, a restaurant area and a beautiful park (ideal for cycling, roller-blading, picnicking etc.) Metro station, supermarket, pharmacies and doctors nearby.
