About our home
Recently refurbished large apartment in the heart of Porto da Barra with balcony and magnificent views of the Bay. There is air-con throughout, gas heated water for all bathrooms and kitchen, a high end fully provisioned kitchen including washing machine and wifi
This apartment is my personal home and has been refurbished with that in mind in a style and standard that is more European/American than Brazilian.
This area has all amenities in walking distance. Beach, supermarket, shopping centre. The AAB (Sports centre with 30mx30m pool and 4 covered tennis courts, gym, restaurant etc) is opposite and offers short-term family membership for circa R$500 per month. The tennis tuition is excellent and private or group classes can be arranged with the resident coaches easily. Porto da Barra is a beautiful beach with the most amazing sunset. The best times to go are in the mornings and of course for the sunset. You can rent standup paddle boards and other equipment. In my opinion, this is the best area in Salvador for all amenities easily accessible by foot.
